Surplus Property for Sale

SURPLUS PROPERTY

 We are accepting sealed bids for a 1992 GMC and a 1998 Chevrolet dump truck until Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.  Items may be viewed by contacting City Hall at (417) 736-2154 or at the lot next to City Hall.  They will be sold “as is” and the City of Strafford reserves the right to reject any and all bids. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Strafford, at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at City Hall, 126 S. Washington, Strafford, MO on the petitions for zoning amendments in the City of Strafford for applications from City of Strafford. Petition is to rezone from Business and Mixed Residential to GC General Commercial. Properties are described as: The east 12 feet of the south half of Lot 10, Block 2 and the south half of Lot 11, Block 2 and Lot 12, Block 2, Original Town of Strafford. (Commonly known as 113 E. Pine) and Lot 16, Block 2, Original Town of Strafford. Commonly known as 125 E. Pine and 121 S. Jefferson).

At this public hearing all interested persons may appear and will be given the opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition to the petition.
