Permits are issued after the project has been reviewed. Commercial projects require drawings to be submitted that have been prepared by a licensed engineer. Once a project has been reviewed, a price can be quoted and a permit issued.
Once a permit has been issued, you will be required to call for inspections. Inspections will be performed the following day.
The City of Strafford has adopted the International Building Codes. Please see our Municipal Code for versions adopted.
